Your mission

You make MICE DESK visible — on the stages of the hospitality industry and in the inboxes of decision-makers. Marketing and events aren’t an end in themselves here; they’re fuel for the pipeline.

  • You plan and own our presence at industry events and trade shows (e.g. ITB, HSMA formats): from booth concept through logistics to the follow-up that turns business cards into meetings.
  • You design and run our own formats — webinars, roundtables, customer events — that get the right people into one room.
  • You build our brand and content presence, above all on LinkedIn: authentic and direct, not glossy corporate.
  • You give the sales team ammunition: campaigns, materials, and ideas that open doors instead of gathering dust in brochures.
  • You measure what works: which event, which post, which campaign creates qualified pipeline? You optimize on that, not on gut feel.
  • You work closely with Sales, RevOps, and Product. Marketing doesn’t sit in an ivory tower here.

Your profile

  • Several years in B2B marketing and/or event management, ideally in SaaS or hospitality.
  • You’ve run trade-show appearances and events end-to-end — including the unglamorous logistics that decide between success and chaos.
  • You write well and willingly, in German and English, and hit an authentic tone rather than marketing-speak.
  • You think in pipeline and impact, not in impressions for their own sake.
  • You’re organized enough to juggle five things at once and pragmatic enough to do them yourself.
  • Experience in dynamic, fast-growing companies is a plus — you know the pace and the thin staffing.
  • Very good German and English.

Nice to have: An existing network in hospitality. Experience with CRM and marketing automation. Basic graphic/design skills.

Our hiring process

  1. Intro interview — we get to know each other, and you learn where we stand and where we are heading.
  2. Case study or technical study, depending on the role — a real problem from our day-to-day that we work through together.
  3. Interview with your future manager and, depending on the position, with our founders.
From the first conversation to a decision takes at most two weeks. And you will hear from us either way — including when it is not a fit this time.
