Your mission

You turn qualified meetings into signed contracts. The Sales Manager gets you to the table — what happens after that is yours: demo, deal, revenue.

  • You run convincing product demos that turn interest into real need.
  • You own needs analysis, consultation, and business-case development.
  • You build proposals, negotiate, and close.
  • You bring contracts across the line and hand over cleanly to Onboarding & Customer Success.
  • You work with the Sales Manager - New Business to improve pipeline quality.
  • You run forecast and pipeline you can be held to.

Your profile

  • You bring one of two foundations: either a hospitality background with hands-on experience of the industry's systems (PMS, CRM, booking and event tools), or a sales background in enterprise SaaS. The ideal profile combines both: sales at a hospitality-tech company.
  • Strong demo, consulting, and closing skills with clear closing orientation.
  • Negotiation confidence and calm composure at the close.
  • Technical understanding of SaaS solutions.
  • Analytical thinking, comfort with numbers, and high standards in forecast and CRM.
  • Very good German and English.

Nice to have: Experience with more complex B2B deals or hotel groups. An existing network in DACH hospitality.

Our hiring process

  1. Intro interview — we get to know each other, and you learn where we stand and where we are heading.
  2. Case study or technical study, depending on the role — a real problem from our day-to-day that we work through together.
  3. Interview with your future manager and, depending on the position, with our founders.
From the first conversation to a decision takes at most four weeks. And you will hear from us either way — including when it is not a fit this time.
