Your mission

You are the start of every customer relationship at MICE DESK. No you, no meeting; no meeting, no deal. You build the pipeline our growth runs on — and hand qualified opportunities to the Account Managers who close them.

  • You run proactive outbound in the DACH market, mostly on the phone — you pick it up before anyone googles the product.
  • You qualify prospects and find the real decision-makers, not the first person who answers.
  • You schedule qualified demos that Account Managers actually want to take.
  • You hand opportunities cleanly to Account Managers 
  • You keep CRM, documentation, and data quality at 100%. What isn’t in the system didn’t happen.
  • You feed market signal back to Sales, Marketing, and Product — you hear what the market really says first.

Your profile

  • Strong hunter instincts and high self-motivation — no one needs to remind you to dial. For this role, that matters most.
  • Ideally one of two backgrounds: either hospitality experience with the industry's systems (PMS, CRM, booking and event tools) or sales experience in enterprise SaaS. The ideal profile combines both — sales at a hospitality-tech company. If you lack the background, win us over with grit and learning speed: we'll teach you the hotel vocabulary, not the hunting.
  • Excellent communication and clear conversation control, even when the other side has no time.
  • Determined, persistent, structured, and resilient. A no is information, not a reason to stop.
  • A working understanding of SaaS, CRM, and automation.
  • Very good German and good English.

Nice to have, not required: Experience in outbound/SDR. An existing network in DACH hospitality.

Our hiring process

  1. Intro interview — we get to know each other, and you learn where we stand and where we are heading.
  2. Case study or technical study, depending on the role — a real problem from our day-to-day that we work through together.
  3. Interview with your future manager and, depending on the position, with our founders.
From the first conversation to a decision takes at most four weeks. And you will hear from us either way — including when it is not a fit this time.
