You work directly with our People Performance & Culture Manager — the first people role in the company. You are the operational relief that keeps the build-up of the function from suffocating in administration.
- You maintain our people data in Personio: master data, contracts, absences, time tracking
- You draft contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and references from templates.
- You support preparatory payroll: collecting data, sanity-checking it, assembling the documents for our tax advisor and DATEV.
- You run onboarding and offboarding operationally: checklists, equipment, access, scheduling.
- You support recruiting administratively: scheduling, candidate communication, applicant tracking hygiene.
- You keep personnel files clean and GDPR-compliant.
- You take on small process-improvement projects
