Working Student (m/w/d) – Data & Automation Engineer

Your mission


We’re looking for a highly motivated and ambitious working student (m/f/d) to help us scale our internal data and automation systems.
You will work on real systems already in use and take them to the next level.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Evolve and scale our data infrastructure and data models
  • Build and improve Power BI dashboards used across teams
  • Develop and extend automation workflows (n8n)
  • Integrate and work with APIs (data ingestion, transformation, synchronization)
  • Structure and analyze data across multiple systems (Sales, Operations, Finance)
  • Identify inefficiencies and design solutions that improve how the company operates

Your profile

Must-haves

  • Highly motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think across functions (Sales, Operations, Finance)
  • Hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Interest in AI, data systems and automation
  • First experience with:
    • APIs (REST, JSON, etc.)
    • Data handling / transformation
    • Tools or scripting (e.g. Python, JavaScript, or no-code tools)

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with n8n / Make / Zapier
  • Experience with Power BI or other BI tools
  • SQL / databases
  • Experience working with real-world data pipelines or automations
